Rich Williams

I was born in Berkeley California and raised in the Santa Clara Valley. I have a B.F.A. from San José State University. Prior to launching my real estate business in 2002, I founded Silicon Valley based branding and creative services firm Industry Graphics, in 1993. Through a steadfast dedication to the entire client experience, I built and led a world-class creative team that developed and deployed countless award-winning marketing and media campaigns on behalf of companies ranging from Fortune 500 hardware and software companies, to leading consumer product manufacturers. This marketing and business development background laid the foundation for a successful career in real estate sales, and is instrumental in every real estate endeavor I embark on. Ultimately, the lasting friendships I build along the way selling homes is what keeps me passionate about what I do, driven by the constant goal of exceeding the next client's expectations and providing customer service excellence – this is truly at the heart and core of what drives me as a real estate professional.
